(Sec. 20-426(1) (2)). Motion to approve Per the site-plan from Davis Engineering received on July 18th, 2022 by the Community Development Department showing the locations of the existing greenhouses: Laura Bentley 2nd: Adam Hodge Patel Vote: 5/0 (Approved) V22-13, 360 Gunston Hall Circle (Request for Deferral) Request(s): To allow the lot coverage for an AG-1 zoned property that fronts a public street to go from 20 percent to 24.2 percent. (Section 64-1141(d)(1)(b)). Motion to defer to next month’s BZA meeting: Hodge Patel 2nd: Laura Bentley Vote: 5/0 (Approved) V22-14, 1200 Nix Road Request(s): To allow existing home to encroach the 60-foot front yard setback by 8 feet. (Section 64-416 (b)). To allow existing detached garage to encroach the 60-foot front yard setback by 23 feet. (Section 64-416 (b)). To allow the existing detached garage to remain in front of the primary home (Sec. 64-416, i)). Motion to approve per the site-plan from Travis Pruitt & Associates received on June 10th, 2022 by the Community Development Department. To Maintain screening for accessory structure along Nix Road to be replaced if needed as approved by the City Arborist: Laura Bentley 2nd: Adam Hodge Patel Vote: 5/0 (Approved) V22-15, 580 Owens Farm Road Request(s): To allow existing greenhouse to encroach 50-foot rear setback by 39 feet. (Section 64-416 (d)). To allow existing green house to encroach 25-foot side yard setback by 21 feet. (Section 64-416 (c)(1). To allow the lot coverage for an AG-1 zoned property that fronts a public street to increase from a maximum allowed of 20 percent to 24.94 percent. (Sec. 64-1141(d)(1)(b)).
