(Section 64-1141(d)(1)(b)). To allow existing deck to encroach into the 50-foot rear setback by 16 feet, and to allow existing corner of home to encroach into the 50-foot rear setback by 1 foot. (Section 64-416 (d)). V22-15, 580 Owens Farm Road (deferred by Board of Zoning Appeals last month) Request(s): To allow existing greenhouse to encroach 50-foot rear setback by 39 feet. (Section 64-416 (d)). To allow existing greenhouse to encroach 25-foot side yard setback by 21 feet. (Section 64-416 (c)(1). V22-17, 130 Von Lake Drive Request(s): To encroach into the 75-foot impervious setback for a proposed pool and pool deck. (Sec. 20-426(2)).
