Approval of July 19, 2022, meeting minutes Motion to approve: Laura Bentley 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 5/0 (Approved) 6. CONSIDERATION OF PRIMARY VARIANCES A. V22-13, 360 Gunston Hall Circle (deferred by Board of Zoning Appeals last month) Request(s): • To allow the lot coverage for an AG-1 zoned property that fronts a public street to increase from a maximum allowed of 20 percent to 24.2 percent. (Section 64-1141(d)(1)(b)). • To allow existing deck to encroach into the 50-foot rear setback by 16 feet, and to allow existing corner of home to encroach into the 50-foot rear setback by 1 foot. (Section 64-416 (d)). (Sec. 20-426(1) (2)). Water quailty treatment to be provided for all new impervious surfaces as determined by City Development Engineer through the permitting process. V22-15, 580 Owens Farm Road (deferred by Board of Zoning Appeals last month) Request(s): • To allow existing greenhouse to encroach 50-foot rear setback by 39 feet. (Section 64-416 (d)). • To allow existing greenhouse to encroach 25-foot side yard setback by 21 feet. (Section 64-416 (c)(1). Motion to deny: Laura Bentley 2nd: Adam D’Anella Vote: 5/0 (Approved) C. V22-17, 130 Von Lake Drive Request(s): • To encroach into the 75-foot impervious setback for a proposed pool and pool deck. (Sec. 20-426(2)). (withdrawn) • To allow the lot coverage for an AG-1 zoned property that fronts a public street to increase from a maximum allowed of 20 percent to 23.79 percent. (Section 64-1141(d)(1)(b)). (Updated to 22.95 percent August 4th) Per the site plan from Crescent View Engineering LLC received on August 4th, 2022 by the Community Development Department.
