APPROVAL / AMENDMENT OF AGENDA Motion to approve: David Jackson 2nd: Laura Bentley Vote: 6/0 (Approved) 5. APPROVAL OF PAST MEETING MINUTES A. Approval of August 16, 2022, meeting minutes Motion to approve: Adam D’Anella 2nd: Don Curt Vote: 5/0 (Approved)(Abstained Zac Stafford) 6. CONSIDERATION OF PRIMARY VARIANCES A. V22-18, 2157 McFarlin Lane Request(s): •To allow the proposed pool to encroach into the 75-foot impervious setback for a proposed  pool. (Section 20-426(2)). •To allow proposed pool equipment to be less than 10 feet from property line. (Section 64-1609(1)(a)). Per the site plan from Survey Land Express INC received on August 1, 2022 by the Community Development Department. Water quality treatment to be provided for all new impervious surfaces as determined by the City Development Engineer through the permitting process. Motion to approve: Don Curt 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 6/0 (Approved) B. V22-19, 725 Cooper Sandy Cove Request(s): •To allow the lot coverage for an AG-1 zoned property that fronts a public street to increase from a maximum allowed of 20 percent to 23.3 percent. (Section 64-1141(d)(1)(b)). Motion to defer: Adam D’Anella 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 2/4 (Approved: Hodge Patel, Laura Bentley)(Opposed: Adam D’Anella, Zac Stafford, Don Curt, David Jackson) Per the site plan from Chayce Bell PLS received on August 2, 2022 by the Community Development Department excluding the proposed driveway modifications.1,000 square feet of concrete driveway shall be removed, and removal is allowed no more forward than the front edge of the home. Water quality treatment to be provided for all new impervious surfaces as determined by the City Development Engineer through the permitting process. The minimum number of flo-wells required during permitting process shall be included. Motion to approve: Adam D’Anella 2nd: David Jackson Vote: 6/0 (Approved) 7.
