Approval of November 15th Meeting Minutes Motion to approve: Adam D’Anella 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 5/0 (Approved) 6. CONSIDERATION OF PRIMARY VARIANCES A. V22-26, 13845 Brittle Road  Request(s):  •To allow a proposed accessory structure to remain in front of primary house. (Sec. 64-416(i)).  Per the site plan from Brumbelow-Reese and Associates, Inc. received on November 1, 2022 by the Community Development Department. Shall be substantially in accordance with the elevations by Timothy Bryan, LLC dated 06-28-21. Motion to approve: Laura Bentley 2nd: David Jackson Vote: 5/0 (Approved) B. V22-27, 14455 Thompson Road    Request(s):  •To allow an existing barn to encroach into the 100-foot building setback for housing animals by 75 feet. (Sec. 64-415 (4)(a)).
