That Appendix A Fees and other Charges of the Code of the City of Milton, Georgia is amended as shown in Exhibit "A", attached hereto as if fu lly set forth herein, to reflect the new code references con t ained within the newly adopted Unified Development Code for the City of M ilton , Georgia; and SECTION 2. That all ordinances , parts of ordinances, or regulations in conflict herewith are repealed; and SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption.
