V24-04, 200 Hereford Road Applicant: Matt Thrash Request(s): • To reduce the existing barn housing animals distance requirement from 200 feet to 62.8 feet adjacent to the east property line (Sec. 64-461(1)(b)). Comments: DRB recommends approval of the variance request. The Board acknowledged that the bar housing animals pre-dates the incorporation of the City and that there is a great distance from the existing barn to any single-family home located on another property. One board member inquired if the barn was demolished could it be rebuilt. Staff answered if the variance is granted, the barn could be rebuilt with the same footprint. Motion to recommend approval of the Variance Request to the Board of Zoning Appeals: Danielle Gagne Second: David Jackson Vote: 6-0 (Approve) 7. FINAL REVIEWS A.
