CALL TO ORDER
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Mark Reed at 11:32 a.m.

Quorum was announced by Mark Reed.
APPROVAL OF PAST MINUTES
Motion to approve minutes of the October 17th, 2013 meeting was made by Sue Rekuc and seconded by
Wally Brittain. The vote was unanimous and motion carried.

NEW AND UNFINISHED BUSINESS
I. New & Unfinished Business
a. Field Use PolicylField Rental Policy: Jim Cregge reviewed the draft of the Facilities
UselRental Policy, the related fonns to be used to reserve a field/facility, and the related fee
schedules. The group decided it made sense to allow facility/filed requests to be submitted
up to 3 business days prior to MRPD's approval dates of the 1st and 15 th of each month.
Jim Cregge will research the ability of MRPD to rent FCBoE rectangle fields as part of
MPRD partnership with FCBoE. Jim Cregge will also follow up on the MRPD policy
prohibiting ponies and fog machines in City parks to understand reason. Jim Cregge
mentioned it was his intention to present the new/revised MRPD policies and fonns
(excluding fee schedule) to The City Council in December. Jim Cregge will copy PRAB
members on revised policies and fonns.

ll. Committee Reports
a. HY A Update: Due to absence of Scott Stachowski, Jim Cregge gave HY A update. HY A
will be playing Spring Baseball at Bell Memorial. Plans are underway for moving HYA
programming to other area parks once construction commences for the redevelopment of
Bell Memorial. It is anticipated construction will take up to 12 months.
ill. City Staff Reports & Communications
a. Deerfield Park: Jim Cregge gave the following update: Deerfield Park, know known as
Freedom Park, had its grand opening on November. Area veterans representing various
branches of military service will raised the US flag at 11: 11 am.

a. Motion to adjourn made by Wally Brittain, Sue Rekuc seconded motion; vote to adjourn
was unanimous. Mark Reed adjourned meeting at 1: 15pm.
