ORDINANCE NO. 06-11-18
ORDINANCE ANNEXING
13530 OLD CHADWICK LANE A/K/A 13530 ARNOLD MILL ROAD PROPERTY
The Council of the City of Milton hereby ordains while in special session on the 22nd
day of November, 2006 at 12:01 am as follows:
SECTION 1: Under the provisions of Article 3, Chapter 36 of the O.C.G.A. § 36-36-21,
the City of Milton may, upon petition of not less than one hundred per cent (100%) of the land
area by acreage included in such application, take action to annex such property; and
SECTION 2: The City has received and verified a petition for annexation from the
landowner and owning property located in Land Lot 0929 of the Second District, Second Section
of Fulton County, Georgia, more particularly described in legal description attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3: The petition by the landowner for annexation of 13530 Old Chadwick
Lane a/k/a 13530 Arnold Mill Road, Parcel Number 22-3410-0929-023 is hereby accepted and
the property is hereby annexed into the City of Milton in accordance with O.C.G.A. Article 3,
Chapter 36, Title 36.
ORDAINED, this 22°a day of November, 2006.

direction North 62 degrees 40 minutes 21 seconds East for a distance of 50.00 feet, '

distance of 50.00 feet, thence in a northeasterly direction North 63 degrees 34 minutes

590.24 feet to an iron pin found, thence in a westerly direction North 89 degrees 43
minutes 32 seconds West for a distance of 897.87 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
The above described, tract being according to a plat of survey as prepared by
David Barton of`Barton Surveying, Inc., Registered No. 2533.for Irene Hammond, dated
February 17, 1997, said.plat by reference beingmade a part of this description.
