HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE NO. 06-11-19STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF FULTON ORDINANCE NO. 06-11-19 ORDINANCE ANNEXING GEORGIA GOLF VENTURES PROPERTIES The Council of the City of Milton hereby ordains while in special session on the 22nd day of November, 2006 at 12:01 a.m. as follows: SECTION l: Under the provisions of Article 3, Chapter 36 of the O.C.G.A. § 36-36-21, the City of Milton may, upon petition of not less than one hundred per cent (100%) of the land area by acreage included in such application, take action to annex such property; and SECTION 2: The City has received and verified a petition for annexation from the landowners owning property located in Land Lots 1069, 1070 and 1091 of the Second District, Second Section of Fulton County, Georgia, more particularly described in legal descriptions attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3: The petition by the landowners for annexation of the Georgia Golf Ventures properties is hereby accepted and the properties are hereby annexed into the City of Milton in accordance with O.C.G.A. Article 3, Chapter 36, Title 36. ORDAINED, this 22nd day of November, 2006. Being Tax Parcel 2235601070034, and Tax Parcel 22357010700209 and Tax Parcel 22357010910220 12920 Arnold Mill Rd All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 1069 of the 2nd District, 2nd Section of Fulton County Georgia, and being more particularly described as shown on that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book 31590, page 337, Fulton County Records. Being Tax Parcel 22356010690279.
