ORDINANCE ANNEXING
285 COX ROAD PROPERTY
ORDINANCE NO. 06-11-21
The Council of the City of Milton hereby ordains while in special session on the 22nd
day of November, 2006 at 12:01 am as follows:
SECTION 1: Under the provisions of Article 3, Chapter 36 of the O.C.G.A. § 36-36-21,
the City of Milton may, upon petition of not less than one hundred per cent (100%) of the land
area by acreage included in such application, take action to annex such property; and
SECTION 2: The City has received and verified a petition for annexation from the
landowners owning property located in Land Lot 1092 of the Second District, Second Section of
Fulton County, Georgia, more particularly described in legal descriptions attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3: The petition by the landowner for annexation of the 285 Cox Road
property is hereby accepted and the property is hereby annexed into the City of Milton in
*w* accordance with O.C.G.A. Article 3, Chapter 36, Title 36.

285 COX ROAD PROPERTY LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 1092, of the 2nd District, 2nd Section
of Fulton County, Georgia and being more particularly described as shown on that certain
Warranty Deed recorded at Deed Book 7490, page 266, Fulton County, Georgia Records. Being
Tax Parcel 22357010920658
