STATE OF GEORGIA ORDINANCE NO. 06-11-41
COUNTY OF FULTON
ORDINANCE ANNEXING
12200 KING CIRCLE PROPERTY
The Council of the City of Milton hereby ordains while in special session on the 22nd
day of November, 2006 at 12:01 am as follows:
SECTION 1: Under the provisions of Article 3, Chapter 36 of the O.C.G.A. § 36-36-21,
the City of Milton may, upon petition of not less than one hundred per cent (100%) of the land
area by acreage included in such application, take action to annex such property; and
SECTION 2: The City has received and verified a petition for annexation from the
landowners owning property located in Land Lot 1288 and 1289 of the Second District, Second
Section of Fulton County, Georgia, more particularly described in legal descriptions attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3: The petition by the landowner for annexation of the 12200 King Circle
property is hereby accepted and the properties are hereby annexed into the City of Milton in
accordance with O.C.G.A. Article 3, Chapter 36, Title 36.
ORDAINED, this 22nd day of November, 2006.

certain Warranty Deed recorded at Deed Book 28329, page 159, and by Warranty Deed at Deed
Book 30770, page 352, and by Quit Claim Deed at Deed Book 23594, page 196, Fulton County,
Georgia Records. Being Tax Parcel 22352012880737.
