Special Called Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the City of Milton was held on September 13,2007 at 752
PM, Mayor Joe Lockwood presiding.
CALL TO ORDER
,Mayor Loclnvoad called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL
City Clerk Marchiafava called the roll.
Councilmembers Present: Corrncilmember Karen Thurman, Councilmember Julie Zahner Bailey, Councilmember Bill
Lusk, Councilmember Tina D' Aversa-Will iarns, Councilmember Neal O'Brien, and Councilmember Rick Mohrig.
APPROVAL OF mETING AGENDA
City Clerk Marchiafava stated that staff would like to add Approval of the Meeting Agenda.
Motion and Vote: Councilmember Thurman moved to approve the Meeting Agenda. Councilmember Zahner
Bailey seconded the motion. There was no Council discussion. The motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC COMMENT
City Clerk Marchiafava stated there was no public comment.
EXECUTm SESSION
Mayor Lockwood stated the purpose of the Executive Session is to discuss pending Iitigation and requested a
motion.
Motion and Vote: Councilmember O'Brien moved to adjourn into Executive Session at 7:54 pm.
Councilmember Mohrig seconded the motion. There was no Council discussion. The motion passed
unanimously.

Mayor Lochvood asked if there was a motion to reconvene the Special Called Meeting of September 13,2007.
Motion and Vote: CounciEmember Lusk moved to reconvene the Special Called meeting at 9:22 pm.
Councilmember D'Aversa seconded the motion. There was no Council discussion. The motion passed
uneous1y.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Lockwood asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Motion and Vote: Councilmember O'Brien moved to adjourn the Special CalIed meeting at 9123 pm.
Councilmember D'Aversa seconded the motion. There was no Council discussion. The motion passed
