COUNTY OF FULTON RESOLUTION NO. 07-08-55
A RESOLUTION APPOEVITVG CHRISTOPHER J. LAGERBLOOM
AS ACTING CITY MANAGER
The Council of the City of Milton hereby resolves while in regular session on the 1dhday of
August, 2007 at 7:00 pm.:
WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred in the office of City Manager; and,
WHEREAS, Section 3.24 of the City Charter provides that in the absence of a city manager, the
Mayor shall designate, subject to approval by the City Council, a qualified city administrative
officer to exercise the powers and perfom the duties of city manager during the city manager's
temporary absence; and,
WFTEREAS,the Mayor has designated ChristopherJ. Lagerbloom as Acting City Manager; and.
WHEREAS, ChristopherJ. Lagerbloom is indeed a highly qualified city administrative officer.
NOW THEFtEFORE, IT IS HIEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MILTON this 16'~day of August, 2007, that Christopher J. Lagerbloom is hereby approved as
Acting City Manager until such time as an interim or permanent City Manager is appointed by the
Mayor and CounciI.
