COUNTY OF FULTON RESOLUTION NO.07-09-61
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHRISTOPHERJ. LAGERBLOOM AS CITY
TREASURER FOR THE CITY OF MILTON, GA EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2Q.2007
TheCouncil of the City of Milton hereby resolves while in regular session on the 2othday of
September 20,2007 at 7:00 pm.:
SECTION 1. That ChristopherJ. Lagerbloom was appointed Acting City Manager by the
Mayor and Council on August 16,2007;
SEC3TON 2. That Christopher J. Lagerbloom shall serve as the City Treasurer of the City
of Milton as is hereby appointed with a11 the duties of the City Treasurer as set forth in
Article lV,Section 4.14 of the City Charter; and,
SECTION3. That this Resolution shall become effective upon its adoption.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF =TON this 201hday of September, 2007.
