HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE NO. 10-09-75ORDINANCE NO. 10-09-75 STATE OF GEORGIA FULTON COUNTY AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND TO THEL OF THE CITY OF FISCAL 2010 BUDGEILTONT FOR GEORGIA, TO ADOPT AMENDMENTS EACH FUND OF THE CITY OF MILTON, EXPENDITURES,GEORGIA NAMENDING DING THE AMOUNTS SHOWN IN EACH BUDGET THE SEVERAL ITEMS OF REVENUE ANTICIPATIONS, AND I S PROHIBITING PROHIBITING EXPENDITURES TO EXCEED APPROPRIATIONS, EXPENDITURES TO EXCEED ACTUAL FUNDING AVAILABLE. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the p.m. as offollows' Milton, GA while in a council meeting on September 20, 2010 WHEREAS, the City Manager of the the City Council Milton City has presented of the amendments to the fiscal year 2010 budge Y ncil various funds of the City; and WON WHEREAS, each of these budget amendments results in a balanced budget, so that anticipated revenues equal proposed expenditures for each fund; and WHEREAS, the amended fiscal year 2010 budget provides a financial plan for the government, establishing appropriations for each operating department in order to extend services; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that this budget amendment, "Exhibit A" attached hereto and by thisreference made a part hreof ded fiscal year 2010 budgeteand this ordinance shall be the City of Milton's amen BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this budget be and is hereby approved and the several items of revenues shown hat ithethe seberaget for each fund in the amounts shown in the amounts anticipated are adopted and appropriated to the budget for each fund as proposed expenditures are hereby appro p departments named in each fund; and, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the me amendments therependitures ll not to provXded�that the appropriations authorized by this budget o ww" expenditures for the fiscal year shall not exceed actual funding available.
