BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the

WHEREAS, the City Manager of the

plan for the government, establishing appropriations for each operating
department in order to extend services;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that this budget amendment,
"Exhibit A" attached hereto and by thisreference made a part hreof ded fiscal year 2010 budgeteand this

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this budget be and is hereby approved
and the several items of revenues shown hat ithethe
