5. Consideration of Primary Variances
a. V16-014, 4010 Orchard Way, Randall Schmidt, Deferred from last month
Requests(s):
To allow a pool, pool deck and pool equipment to encroach into the 75 foot impervious
setback (Section 20-426,2)
Motion to approve with conditions: Walter Rekuc
Conditions:
o Install a temporary chain link fence along the border of 50 feet stream/lake buffer.
o The buffers shall be clearly marked prior to the onset of construction.
o Per the site plan dated 10/24/2016, revised 1/25/2017, by Crescent View Engineering, LLC

Per the Survey by J.D. Grace dated 12/27/2016
Add evergreen plantings along the rear property line between the neighbor’s opaque
fence and the corner of the Almengor property line. Plantings to be approved by the
City Arborist.
