Adoption/Amendment of Agenda Motion to amend agenda: Todd Chernik 2nd: Ed Parsons Vote: 6-0, Motion passed Motion to approve agenda: Todd Chernik 2nd: William O’Conner Vote: 6-0, Motion passed 4. Approval of May meeting minutes Motion to approve: Todd Chernik 2nd: Ed Parsons Vote: 4-0, Kim Keller and Ed Parsons abstained. Motion passed. 5. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V17-010, 12455 Broadwell Road, Rob Beecham Request(s):  To reduce the required number of parking spaces Motion to defer: Todd Chernik 2nd: William O’Conner Vote: 6-0, Motion passed. b. V17-008, 115 Hulen Way, Vance Dover Request(s):  To allow a pool and pool deck to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback Motion to approve: William O’Conner 2nd: Ed Parsons Vote: 6-0, Motion passed.  Per the site plan dated 1/23/17 c. V17-009, 14264 Phillips Circle, Bruce Varnum Request(s):  To allow a retaining wall to exceed 6 feet in height Motion to approve: William O’Conner 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 6-0, Motion passed. 6. Consideration of Appeals/Secondary variances 7. Old business  Reschedule training for August meeting (Staff notes: Todd will send out notice regarding this meeting) 8.
