Approval of June meeting minutes Motion to approve minutes: Todd Chernik 2nd: Ed Parsons Vote: 7-0, Motion approved 5. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V17-010, 12455 Broadwell Road, Rob Beecham Requests(s):  To reduce the required number of parking spaces Motion to withdraw: Todd Chernik 2nd: Ed Parsons Vote: 6-0, Kim Keller abstained. Motion approved b. V17-011, 835 Southfield Lane, Thom Ingram Requests(s):  To reduce the rear setback from 30 feet to 24 feet Motion to withdraw: Todd Chernik 2nd: Ed Parsons Vote: 7-0, Motion approved c. V17-012, 14401 Wood Road, Dale and Mandy Gawley Requests(s):  To reduce the rear setback from 50 feet to 25 feet  To allow a guest house to be located in the front yard Motion to approve with conditions: Todd Chernik Conditions:  Per the site plan dated 7/17/17  Add breezeway, porch and second front façade to guest house  Final design of house and guest house to be approved by City Architect 2nd: Ed Parsons Vote: 7-0, Motion approved d. V17-013, 15613 Hopewell Road, Sheilah Jewart Requests(s):  To allow an existing house to encroach into the 50 foot rear yard setback Motion to approve with conditions: William O’Connor Conditions:  Per the site plan dated 6/1/2017 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 7-0, Motion approved e. V17-014, 1590 Dinsmore Road, William Longo Requests(s):  To allow a guest house to be located in the side yard Motion to approve with conditions: Ed Parsons Conditions:  No expansion of existing structure.  The colors and materials of guest house are to match the main house. 2nd: Kim Keller Vote: 7-0, Motion approved 6.
