5. Consideration of Primary Variances

Requests(s):
To allow a pool, pool deck and pool equipment to encroach into
the 50 foot stream/pond buffer
To allow a pool , pool deck and pool equipment to encroach into
the 75 foot stream/pond buffer

To allow a septic system to be located in the secondary rural
viewshed
