V17-015, 14990 Birmingham Hwy Requests(s):  To allow a pool, pool deck and pool equipment to encroach into the 50 foot stream/pond buffer  To allow a pool , pool deck and pool equipment to encroach into the 75 foot stream/pond buffer Motion to defer until the next meeting: Todd Chernik 2nd: Ed Parsons Vote: 6-0, Motion approved b. V17-018, 12660 Ebenezer Pond Court, Ebenezer Pond Requests(s):  To allow a septic system to be located in the secondary rural viewshed Motion to approve with condition(s): Todd Chernik Conditions:  Per the site plan dated 7.12.2017 from BC Engineering  A planting plan is to be submitted to and approved by the City Arborist to insure compliance with city requirements 2nd: Ed Parsons Vote: 6-0, Motion approved 6.
