4. Approval of October meeting minutes
Motion to approve minutes: Todd Chernik
2nd: Kim Keller
Vote: 4-0, Ken Sission abstained because he was not present at the
October meeting.
5. Consideration of Primary Variances
a. V17- 015, 14990 Birmingham Hwy
Requests(s):
To allow a pool, pool deck, and pool equipment to encroach into
the 50 foot stream/ pond buffer
To allow a pool , pool deck, and pool equipment to encroach into
the 75 foot stream/ pond buffer
Motion to approve with conditions: Don Curt
Conditions:
Per the site plan dated 6/13/2017
New retaining wall to match existing retaining walls and
walkways
