Adoption/Amendment of Agenda Motion to amend agenda: Hodge Patel 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 5-0, Motion approved Motion to approve amended agenda: Todd Chernik 2nd: Kim Keller Vote: 5-0, Motion approved 4. Approval of October meeting minutes Motion to approve minutes: Todd Chernik 2nd: Kim Keller Vote: 4-0, Ken Sission abstained because he was not present at the October meeting. 5. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V17- 015, 14990 Birmingham Hwy Requests(s):  To allow a pool, pool deck, and pool equipment to encroach into the 50 foot stream/ pond buffer  To allow a pool , pool deck, and pool equipment to encroach into the 75 foot stream/ pond buffer Motion to approve with conditions: Don Curt Conditions:  Per the site plan dated 6/13/2017  New retaining wall to match existing retaining walls and walkways 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 5-0, Motion approved b. V17- 019, 13641 Providence Road Requests(s):  To allow a new tennis court to encroach into the rear yard minimum Motion to deny: Todd Chernik 2nd: Hodge Patel Vote: 3-2, Motion approved 6. Consideration of Appeals/Secondary variances a. V17- 017, 12455 Broadwell Road Requests(s):  To reverse the Community Development Director’s approval of the concept plan Motion to approve time extension (30 minutes for each side): Todd Chernik 2nd: Kim Keller Vote: 5-0. Motion approved Motion to defer until December meeting: Todd Chernik 2nd: Ken Sission Vote: 5-0, Motion approved 7. Old business 8.
