Subject: Resident Input for Agenda Item No. 18-040
Good morning,
I will not be able to attend the City Council meeting in person but wanted to provide my input as a resident. I
believe that the City should deny the request to extend sewer to lots that were not included in the 2006
agreement referenced. All of these lots are well over: 1 acre in size to support septic. If the ground doesn't perc
the lots should be left unbuildable and natural. If the developer didn't perform thorough due diligence to make
sure the lots would perc prior to plotting and acquisition it is not the responsibility of the City to fix mistakes of
the developer.
