NEW BUSINESS. Request for Sewer Extension of 4-5 Lots Located Contiguous to the Manor Subdivision on
Hamby Road. (Agenda Item No. 18-040).
This email is register my concern and opposition to the sewer extension request for the Hambry Road lots 1-5 noted on
Agenda Item No. 18-040. Any sewer extension beyond The Manor creates the expanding possibility for higher density and
development throughout Milton. The legal opinion sought by the City supports this opinion "Forsyth would not have the
legal authority to serve lots one 1-4, and 5. Therefore I believe that service would not be authorized."
Thank you for voting "No" on any Milton sewer extension thereby protecting Milton residents and the City from over
development.
