3. Adoption/Amendment of Agenda
Motion to approve: Todd Chernik
2nd: Kim Keller
Vote: 6-0, Motion approved.
4. Approval of December meeting minutes
Motion to approve: Hodge Patel
2nd: Ken Sisson
Vote: 4-0, Kim Keller and Todd Chernik abstained. Motion approved.
5. Consideration of Primary Variances
a. V17-024, 3585 Muirfield Drive
Requests(s):
To reduce the side yard setback to 10 feet
Motion to approve with condition(s): Kim Keller
Condition(s):
Add additional vegetation where possible along the northwest
property line to screen the garage addition. Plantings to be
approved by the City Arborist.

Request(s):
To allow a pool to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback
