Approval of November meeting minutes Motion to approve minutes: Todd Chernik 2nd: Christopher Bloor Vote: 4-0, Motion approved 5. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V16-011, 13385 Cogburn Road, Ralph Simms Requests(s): • To allow two existing accessory structures to encroach into the side setback • To allow one existing accessory structure to encroach into the rear setback (Section 64-416,c.i,d) Motion to approve with conditions: Walter Rekuc Conditions: • Per the Fulton County property map shown on page 7 of the staff report 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 4-0, Motion approved b. V16-012, 13448 Hipworth Road, Patrick and Sarah Waite Requests(s): • To allow a pool, pool deck and pool equipment to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback (Section 20-426,2) Motion to approve with conditions: Todd Chernik Conditions: • Install a temporary chain link fence along the 50 foot buffer prior to the start of construction • Clearly mark the 50 foot buffer/fence with ‘no trespassing’ signs • Per the site plan by Conroy and Associates, dated 4/2/13 2nd: Christopher Bloor Vote: 3-1, Walter Rekuc voted against. Motion approved. c. V16-014, 4010 Orchard Way, Randall Schmidt Requests(s): • To allow a pool, pool deck and pool equipment to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback (Section 20-426,2) Motion to defer until next month: Todd Chernik 2nd: Christopher Bloor Vote: 4-0. Motion approved. d. V16-015, 800 Mid Broadwell Road, Scott Reece Requests(s): • To allow the façade of a house to not be built parallel to the principal frontage (Crabapple FBC 4.4.1f) • To allow the frontage buildout to be less than 50% (Crabapple FBC Table10) Motion to defer until next month: Christopher Bloor 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 4-0. Motion approved. e.
