Adoption of Amended Agenda Motion to approve: Todd Chernik 2nd: Sumeet Shaw Vote: 6-0, Motion approved 5. Approval of January meeting minutes Motion to approve January minutes: Todd Chernik 2nd: Jim Hilley Vote: 6-0, Motion approved 6. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V16-001, 3103 Bally Forrest Drive, Bret Leibee Request(s):  To reduce the rear yard setback from 50 feet to 30 feet Motion to withdraw: Todd Chernik 2nd: Jim Hilley Vote: 6-0, Motion approved b. V16-002, 13480 Hopewell Road, Lee Bates Requests(s):  To allow an opaque fence along an exterior street  To allow a fence to exceed the maximum height along an exterior street (Section 64,416,j,1,2,4) Motion to approve with conditions: Walter Rekuc Conditions:  The applicant shall plant evergreens to screen the fence from Hopewell Road. Plantings shall be approved by the City Arborist.  The fence shall be stained a light color. The color shall be approved by the City Architect.  The applicant shall obtain a fence permit for any further fences on the property.  This variance only pertains onto the existing, opaque, 120 foot long fence. 2nd: Bill O’Conner Vote: 5-1, Motion approved, Todd Chernik voted in opposition. 7. Consideration of Appeals--none 8. Old business—Email issues Certain Board members continue to be unable to open attachments emailed from Angela. The issue had appeared to be resolved earlier. The Board members will send information regarding their operating systems to Angela, who will forward to IT. Until the issue is resolved, Angela will continue to email the link to the City website for agendas, staff reports, etc. 9. New business—Election of new officers has been deferred to next month, when we will hopefully have a full Board. 10. Adjournment
