Adoption/Amendment of Agenda Motion to amend agenda to move election of new officers to next meeting: Kim Keller 2nd: Walter Rekuc Vote: 5-0, Motion approved Motion to approve amended agenda: Jim Hilley 2nd: Sumeet Shaw Vote: 5-0, Motion approved 4. Approval of April meeting minutes Motion to approve minutes: Walter Rekuc 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 4-0, Jim Hilley abstained, Motion approved 5. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V16-005, 13345 Providence Road, Alan & Diane Van Heest  To allow a structure to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback  To allow an existing accessory structure to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback (Section 20-426,1,2)  To allow an existing accessory structure to encroach into the 25 foot side yard setback (Section 64,416,a,i) Motion to approve with conditions: Walter Rekuc Condition: Approval as shown on page 8 of variance packet 2nd: Jim Hilley Vote: 5-0, Motion approved b. V16-007, 460 Champions View Drive, Donald Snow Requests(s):  To allow an accessory structure to encroach into the side setback (Section 64,416,a,i) Motion to approve with conditions: Walter Rekuc Conditions:  No additional clearing of trees and shrubbery in the area adjacent to the structure and the side property line  The new garage should be reviewed and approved by the City Architect  Approval per the site plan, dated 3/7/2016, on page 8 of 9 of the Staff report. 2nd: Sumeet Shah Vote: 5-0, Motion approved 6. Consideration of Appeals--none 7. Old business --none 8. New business—Election of new officers postponed until next meeting. 9. Adjournment
