Approval of July meeting minutes Motion to approve agenda: Kim Keller 2nd: Christopher Bloor Vote: 4-0, Motion approved 5. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V16-009, 16039 Manor Club Drive, Stephanie & David Cocchiara Requests(s):  To reduce the side building setback line from 25 feet to 18 feet on the south property line. (Section 64-416,c1) Motion to approve with condition(s): Christopher Bloor 2nd: Kim Keller Vote: 5-0, Motion approved. (Walter Rekuc arrived late) b. V16-010, 4129 Stourbridge Common Circle, Kensley, Michelle Horstemeyer, John Weiland Homes Requests(s):  To reduce the 100’ foot setback adjacent to interior property lines and single-family uses for a neighborhood swimming pool to zero feet (Section 64-1609,2b) Motion to approve defer until October meeting: Todd Chernik 2nd: Sumeet Shaw Vote: 5-0, Motion approved 6. Consideration of Appeals--none 7. Old business 8. New business—The Board would like to look into making some sort of administrative approval for swimming pools encroaching into stream buffers. 9. Adjournment
