Approval of February meeting minutes Motion to approve February meeting minutes: Jim Hilley 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 4-0, Motion approved. 5. Approval of March meeting minutes Motion to approve March meeting minutes: Todd Chernik 2nd: Jim Hilley Vote: 4-0, Motion approved. 6. New business—Presentation for Jason Wright, City of Milton Social Media policy 7. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V15-011, 325 Double Springs Way, Daniel Flood Requests(s):  To allow a swimming pool and pool deck to encroach into the 50 foot buffer (Section 20- 426,i)  To allow a swimming pool and pool deck to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback (Section 20-426,ii) Motion to approve with conditions: Todd Chernik Conditions:  Approval per site plan by Georgia Premier Land Services, Inc., dated 3/20/2015  Install temporary or permanent 5 foot aluminum fence adjacent to the 25 foot buffer.  System shall be a no backwash filtration system.  Pool overflow shall be tied into the three flo-wells. 2nd: Jim Hilley Vote: 4-0, Motion approved. b. V15-012, 13055 Highway 9 N, Target, Clinton Moseley Requests(s):  To allow a business to have a third wall sign (Section 64-2324, i) Motion to approve as submitted, per Ikon plans dated 10/08/14, pages 9,10,11. Jim Hilley 2nd: Gary Willis Vote: 3-1, Todd Chernik voted against. Motion approved. c. V15-013, 150 Oakhurst Leaf Drive, Steve Farrar Requests(s):  To allow a swimming pool, pool deck and pool equipment to encroach into the 50 foot buffer (Section 20-426,i)  To allow a swimming pool, pool deck and pool equipment to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback (Section 20-426,ii) Motion to approve with conditions: Todd Chernik Conditions:  Approval per site plan by CEC Consulting Enterprises, dated 2/25/15.  Retaining wall shall be faced with brick or stone.  The deck, measured from the edge of the pool to the edge of the concrete, shall be a maximum of 12 feet.  Install a temporary chain link fence to along the 25 foot state stream buffer to prevent accidental intrusion. 2n: Jim Hilley Vote: 4-0, Motion passed. d.
