Official Meetings are audio and video recorded. The Special Called Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the City of Milton was held on November 19,2012 at 5:00 p.m., Mayor Joe Lockwood presiding. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Joe Lockwood called the meeting to order. ROLLCALL Councilmembers Present: Councilmember Kunz, Councilmember Large, and Councilmember Lusk, Councilmember Thurman, Councilmember Hewitt, and Councilmember Longoria. l PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE (led by the Mayor) APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA (Agenda Item No. 12-314) Motion and Vote: Councilmember Longoria moved to approve the Meeting Agenda with the following change: • Add Executive Session to discuss Pending and Potential Litigation and Land Acquisition. Councilmember Hewitt seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously (7-0) RECONVENE Motion and Vote: Councilmember Thurman moved to reconvene the Regular Meeting at 5:05 p.m. Councilmember Large seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously (7-0). ADJOURNMENT (Agenda Item No. 12-316) Motion and Vote: Councilmember Kunz moved to adjourn the Regular Meeting at 5:05 p.m. Councilmember Large seconded the motion.
