5. Consideration of Primary Variances
a. V15-029, 735 Ebenezer Road, Jane Meredith
Requests(s):
To allow a structure housing livestock to be less than 100 feet from the east
property line (Section 64,415,4,a)
Motion to defer until the next month: Todd Chernik

To allow a guest house to exceed 1,500 square feet

The BZA will meet at 6:00 January 19th for training.
At the end of the January 19th meeting, the BZA will adjourn to Vinny’s on Windward
Parkway for a holiday social.
