Adoption/Amendment of Agenda Motion to amend agenda: Christopher Bloor 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 4-0, Motion approved. Motion to approve amended agenda: Jim Hilley 2nd: Christopher Bloor Vote: 4-0, Motion approved. 4. Approval of November meeting minutes Motion to approve minutes: Sumeet Shaw 2ne: Todd Chernik Vote: 4-0, Motion approved. 5. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V15-029, 735 Ebenezer Road, Jane Meredith Requests(s):  To allow a structure housing livestock to be less than 100 feet from the east property line (Section 64,415,4,a) Motion to defer until the next month: Todd Chernik 2nd: Sumeet Shaw Vote: 4-0, Motion approved. b. V15-032, 2112 Birmingham Road, Adam and Ashley Haase Requests(s):  To allow a guest house to exceed 1,500 square feet  To allow a guest house to be located in the front yard (Section 64-1598,3,5) Motion to approve: Jim Hiley 2nd: Todd Chernik Vote: 4-0, Motion approved. 6. Consideration of Appeals—none 7. Old business--none 8. New business  Motion to approve 2016 calendar, 3rd Tuesday of each month—Todd Chernik 2nd—Christopher Bloor Vote—4-0, Motion approved  The BZA will meet at 6:00 January 19th for training.  At the end of the January 19th meeting, the BZA will adjourn to Vinny’s on Windward Parkway for a holiday social. 9.
