a. V15-001, 2600 Grassview Drive, Bentgrass Farms II, Brian Weil
Requests(s):
To reduce the side yard setback on the west property line from 25 feet to 18 feet (Section
64-416,c,i)
Motion to approve with conditions: Walter Rekuc
Conditions:
Garage material match the existing house.
Design of garage shall be approved by the City Architect.
No windows or door openings shall be placed on the west side of the structure.
Plant an additional row of Leyland cypress between the property line and the house, by
the garage, as required by the City Arborist.
