Adoption/Amendment of Agenda Motion to approve as presented: Kim Keller 2nd: Christopher Bloor Vote: 6-0, Motion passed. 4. Approval of September meeting minutes Motion to approve as presented: Jim Hilley 2nd: Christopher Bloor Vote: 6-0, Motion passed. 5. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V15-026, 440 Galloway Court, White Columns, Bobbie Ferqueron, Requests(s):  To allow an accessory structure in the minimum building setback of the (second) front yard (Section 64-416, b)  Motion to defer until next month’s meeting: Christopher Bloor  2nd: Walter Rekuc  Vote: 6-0, Motion passed. b. V15-028, 15300 White Columns Drive, White Columns, Brent Warren Requests(s):  To allow a swimming pool and deck to encroach into the 50 foot stream buffer  To allow a swimming pool and deck to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback (Section 20-426, i, ii)  Motion to approve with conditions: Christopher Bloor o Conditions:  Approval per the site plan by Accurate Surveying and Planning, dated 9/3/15  Revise site plan as necessary to show buffers from the point of wrested vegetation  Pervious pavers (or similar) shall be used in the 50 buffer  2nd: Sumeet Shaw  Vote: 6-0, Motion passed. c.
