Introduction of Board members Members present: Sumeet Shaw, Todd Chernik, Gary Willis, Jim Hilley, Christopher Bloor, Walter Rekuc . 3. Adoption/Amendment of Agenda o Motion to approve: Jim Hilley o 2nd: Todd Chernik o Vote: 4-0, Walter Rekuc and Christopher Bloor not present for vote. Motion approved. 4. Approval of September meeting minutes o Motion to approve: Todd Chernik o 2nd: Jim Hiley o Vote: 6-0, Motion approved. 5. Consideration of Primary Variances a. V14-017, 3273 Baily Forrest Drive, Sherwin Loudermilk Requests(s):  To allow a lot to exceed the 20% maximum impervious coverage (Section 64-1141, 6C) o Motion to approve with condition(s): Christopher Bloor o Condition(s): Per the site plan by LDP Design Group, dated 8/07/2014 o 2nd: Walter Rekuc o Vote: 6-0, Motion approved. b. V14-018, 14124 Hopewell Road, Rick McDermott Requests(s):  To allow pool to be closer than 35 feet to a cemetery ( Section 64-2422.b.3) o Motion to approve with condition(s): Jim Hilley o Condition(s):  Per the site plan by Georgia Premier Land Services, Inc., dated 7/20/2014.  Install and maintain a fence around the grave sites, per Section 64-2422. o 2nd: Christopher Bloor o Vote: 6-0, Motion approved. c. V14-019, 5210 Windward Parkway, McDonalds, Ty Lin International Requests(s):  To reduce the required parking from 49 spaces to 34 spaces (Section 64-1410) o Motion to defer until next month: Todd Chernik o 2nd: Christopher Bloor o Vote: 6-0, Motion approved. 6. Consideration of Appeals--none 7. Old business 8. New business—We are said to announce that Nancy Plesnarski is moving out of the City of Milton, and has resigned from the BZA. She will be missed. 9.
