Approval of December meeting minutes Motion to approve: Todd Chernik 2nd: John McRae Vote: 4-0, 1 abstained; Motion approved IV. Public Hearing  V10-013, 13610 Hopewell Road, Steve Laboda Request(s):  To allow encroachment in to the 50’ stream buffer (Article 20-568.16) Motion to withdraw: Todd Chernik 2nd: Scott Kilgore Vote: 5-0, Motion approved  V11-001, 735 Brickwood Lane, Mark Kubik Request(s):  To allow an attached garage to encroach in to the minimum side yard (Article 64.416.c.1) Motion to approve with conditions: John McRae Conditions:  Approval per submitted site plan,  Materials for the addition shall match the existing house. 2nd: Scott Kilgore Vote: 5-0, Motion approved  V11-002, 2845 Bethany Bend, Bethany High School, Doug Armstrong Request(s):  To allow encroachment in to the 50’ stream buffer (Article 20-568.16) Motion to approve with conditions: Scott Kilgore Conditions:  Prior to permitting, applicant must demonstrate that impact has been mitigated. City of Milton Deerfield Professional Centre 13000 Deerfield Parkway Building 100, Milton, GA 30004  If variance is granted, applicant must provide additional erosion and sediment measures at impact areas and keep the duration of exposure to a minimum.  Prior to permitting, applicant must adjust impact areas on plan to include all disturbances and provide a barrier (such as a temporary chain link fence) to entry into the protected areas.  All retaining walls shall be faced with or constructed of stone, brick or decorative concrete modular block. If any retaining wall equals or exceeds three feet in height, a continuous evergreen planning shall be required adjacent to it.  Tree save areas shown around practice field shall not be disturbed. 2nd: John McRae Vote: 5-0, Motion approved V.
