Request(s):
To allow an accessory structure to be located in the front yard (Article/Section 64-416,i)

Request(s):
To allow a house and garage addition to encroach into the front yard setback
(Article/Section 64-1094.D)
Motion to approve with conditions: Walter Rekuc
Conditions:
To allow a maximum encroachment of 25 feet into the front yard setback.
All materials used for the addition shall match the existing house (paint
color, brick color, siding color, roof material and color, etc.)
The applicant shall provide a current and accurate survey showing the
extent of the property, all existing improvements. The proposed addition
should be shown accurately on this survey prior to issuance of a building
permit.

Request(s):
a. To allow a fence/wall in the Northwest Overlay to be opaque (stucco) and wrought
iron with stucco columns, adjacent to a public street.
b. To allow a fence/wall in the Northwest Overlay to exceed 55” in height, adjacent to
a public street.
c. To allow chain link fencing that is visible from public view. (Article 64-1142 7a,b, 8)

Condition(s):
Per the PFVS site plan, dated September 3, 2010
The chain link fence along New Providence road shall be replaced with wrought
iron fencing.
The stucco wall shall be a beige color.
Mixed groupings of evergreen and hardwood shall be planted every 20 feet, per
the City Arborist.
Fencing should be set back far enough to allow for plantings.
Planting plan along New Providence to be approved by the City Arborist,.

To reduce the number of required parking spaces from 62 to 50 (Article 64-1410)

Condition(s):
Plant the seven required landscape trees, per the City of Milton Tree Ordinance
requirements. Consult with City Arborist.
The applicant shall maintain an agreement for overflow parking for the 12
additional parking spaces.
Additional parking spaces shall be adjacent to the subject property.
