Change to the Sign Ordinance. Board makes a recommendation to the
City Council to amend Section 22.3.1.1, to change the consideration for a sign variance to
read as follows:
“Relief only to the Sign Ordinance may be granted where existing foliage or structures
bring about a hardship whereby a sign meeting minimum maximum letter size, square
footage and height requirement cannot be read from an adjoining public road.”
