V09-017, 5304 Windward Parkway, Stonewalk at Windward, Robert Forrest  Request(s):  To allow light poles to exceed the maximum allowable pole height  To allow shoe box style lighting fixtures (Article 12G.4.D, 4 & 9)  Motion to deny, Scott Kilgore  2nd, John McRae  Motion failed, 3-4  Motion to approve, Walter Rekuc  2nd, Nancy Plesnarski  Motion approved, 4-3 B. V09-018, 13560 Morris Road, Philips, Erwin Thomas  Request(s):  To allow precast concrete as the main (more than 75%) material on the exterior walls of a non residential building. Other business  Change to the Sign Ordinance. Board makes a recommendation to the City Council to amend Section 22.3.1.1, to change the consideration for a sign variance to read as follows: “Relief only to the Sign Ordinance may be granted where existing foliage or structures bring about a hardship whereby a sign meeting minimum maximum letter size, square footage and height requirement cannot be read from an adjoining public road.”  Motion to approve, John McRae  2nd, Marcia Parsons  Motion approved, 7-0 VII.
