present an engineered site
plan, a landscape plan signed
by a certified landscape
architect, and a hydro study
at the next meeting.
Plans should include:
dimensions of the entire site,
existing conditions, as-builts
of existing structures, 5’
contours, any proposed
elevations changes, drainage
patterns, and options for
screening along Freemanville
and Redd Roads (i.e. berm,
fill, etc.). Landscape plans
should include: existing and
proposed buffer and
landscape strip plantings,
indicating placement, number,
type, size, caliper, and height
of proposed plantings.
Other business
Motion: The BZA will hold a
Work Session, as needed, on the
second Wednesday of each
month, at 6:00 PM. The Chair
will make the final decision as
to whether the Work Session is
needed, after the Board has
reviewed their packets.
The BZA will hold a Briefing
prior to the regular BZA
Hearing, on the third Tuesday of
each month, at 6:30 pm.
