Marty Littleton joined the meeting.  Why can’t you swap the guest house for the location of the prim ary house?  The gravel road is like a subdivision street; makes sense to face house on that road.  The house should be designed to meet City laws.  Applicant should sit down with City Architect and look at options and alternative for what might work. c. V17-013, 15613 Hopewell Road, Sheilah Jewart Requests(s):  To allow an existing house to encroach into the 50 foot rear yard setback Comments:  The houses were existing before the City of Milton.  No issues; they are trying to comply with a court order. d. V17-014, 1590 Dinsmore Road, William Longo Requests(s):  To allow a guest house to be located in the side yard Comments:  Existing building, just changing the use. The materials match the main house.  No issues. 8) New business - none 9) Old business - none 10) Adjournment
