DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING

Comments:
No concerns.
Existing house. Fence and vegetation already in place.
Get a letter from the neighbors.

To reduce the rear setback from 50 feet to 25 feet
To allow a guest house to be located in the front yard
Comments—*Tim Bryan recused himself. Marty Littleton joined the meeting.
Why can’t you swap the guest house for the location of the prim ary
house?
The gravel road is like a subdivision street; makes sense to face
house on that road.
The house should be designed to meet City laws.
Applicant should sit down with City Architect and look at options
and alternative for what might work.

To allow an existing house to encroach into the 50 foot rear yard setback
Comments:
The houses were existing before the City of Milton.
No issues; they are trying to comply with a court order.

Requests(s):
To allow a guest house to be located in the side yard
Comments:
Existing building, just changing the use. The materials match the main
house.
No issues.
