V17-009, 14264 Phillips Circle, Bruce Varnum Requests(s): • To allow a retaining wall to exceed 6 feet in height • No concerns. Replacing an existing wall with better materials. c. V17-010, 12455 Broadwell Road, Rob Beecham Requests(s): • To reduce the required number of parking spaces • To reduce the required 50’ undisturbed buffer with a 10’ improvement setback to a 30’ undisturbed buffer with a 10’ improvement setback • Ask for a meeting with the neighbors; be a good neighbor. Try aand address some of the fears that they have. • The lower the density, the better. • The variance for less parking will provide the most flexibility in site layout. • Work on the location of the buildings. • Minimize light pollution.
