Michael Stevens and Ed Parsons were absent. 5) Demos - none 6) Final reviews - none 7) Courtesy reviews— a. V17-004, 13755 Bethany Road, Steve Laboda Request(s): • To allow a new street to be less than 50 feet from a property line (Section 64-2397) Comments: The applicant should comply with the Arborist’s requirements. Make sure you can meet sight distance requirements. b. V17-005, 1506 Birmingham Road, Jennifer and Charles Weaver Request(s): • To allow a barn to be less than 100 feet from a property line (Section 64-415.4.a) Comments: No opposition to the barn. The barn cannot straddle the property line. c. RZ17-02, 12800, 12830, 12850 Hopewell Road, Scott Reece Request(s) • To develop 17 single family lots on 14.6 acres at a density of 1.16 units per acre Page 2 of 2 Comments: No objections to the rezoning since the adjacent neighbor supports request.
