Brackets can be fiberglass.  Connect the Bethnay Bend fence to gate  Add landscaping around the corner of the loading area and truck storage area. Plantings to be approved by the City Arborist.  Make sure mechanical units on roof cannot be seen from the road. Increase height of parapets.  Backside of parapet/gable to be finished with EFIS.  Add the darker brick to both entrances.  Install sidewalk along GA Highway 9 and Bethany Road, in permanent location.  Lighting to be per the GA Highway 9/Deerfield Form Based Code requirements.  All changes to colors and materials are subject to staff approval.  Arbor to be stained a dark color.  Dumpster enclosure to be the darker brick color. 2nd: Laura Wysong Voe: 7-0, Motion passed b. V16-015, 800 Mid Broadwell Road, Scott Reece Requests(s):  To allow the façade of a house to not be built parallel to the principal frontage (Crabapple FBC 4.4.1f)  To allow the frontage buildout to be less than 50% (Crabapple FBC Table10) Comments:  The lot and the look is the driving force. Visual impact of the house to be the driving force, not the Form Based Code.  Would be helpful to have a visual of both properties. b. V16-016, 825 Foxhollow Run, Nicole and Johnathan Smith Requests(s):  To allow a porch and deck to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback (Section 20-426,2) Comments:  The Board recommends approval of the variance request. c.
