Comments:
Applicant shall meet with City architect and revise the building
based on the following comments—
o Create a more 3 dimensional look.
o Break up the brick. Add a stone water table.
o The front entry columns and canopy should be stained
timber. (8x8 cedar timbers)
o Add shutters and mullions.
o Resize the dormers/steeper pitch.
o Add a four board fence along the frontage.
o Landscape plan to be reviewed and approved by city
Arborist.

Rezoning—to develop a 50 lot single family subdivision on 63.57
acres at an overall density of .79 units per acre with minimum ¼
acre lots. Concurrent variance to increase the lot coverage from
20 percent to 50 percent.
This was an informational presentation. The applicant will revise
plans after community/staff meetings and re-present to the DRB.
