Ebenezer Road tract, 745 Ebenezer Road, Charlie Bostwick  Rezoning—to develop a 50 lot single family subdivision on 63.57 acres at an overall density of .79 units per acre with minimum ¼ acre lots. Concurrent variance to increase the lot coverage from 20 percent to 50 percent.  This was an informational presentation.
