To reduce the side yard setback on the west property line from 25 feet to
18 feet (Section 64-416,c,i)
Comments:
Detached garage is a nice look, but the neighbors bought their house with
certain expectations for setbacks, etc.
Create a landscape plan to create a visual barrier to minimize the new
structure in the 13 feet between the new structure and the current
Leyland’s. Landscape plans to be approved by City Arborist.
Design of garage to be approved by City Architect.

Comments:
Staff’s suggestion to the developer was to go for before the City Council
for a CUP. The Board recommends that the developer should follow
Staff’s recommendation.
Design of the houses on all lots shall be approved by City Architect.

Comments:
The rural viewshed is vitally important to the City of Milton and should be
maintained.

Comments:
Parking is horrendous. To take away 12 spaces is unfathomable.
We need to know who’s going in the space, what are their traffic counts
and traffic times?
Suggest deferring variance request until this information can be provided.
