Approval of the submitted building plans per the following:
o Hold issuance of building permits until the builder has an
engineer come out to the site to look at the roads and
drainage issues.
o Address drainage and erosion control issues.
o Builder to hold a stake holder meeting with the residents to
discuss issues and plans for addressing.

Consideration of primary variances

Request(s):
(1) To allow a guest house to be located in the side yard
(2) To allow a guest house to exceed the maximum allowed size of
1,500 square feet
Comments:
Reach out to the Day sisters and Scott Reese to discuss placement
of new guest house.
b) V15-023, 13432 Hipworth Road, Omar Gaye
Request(s):
(1) To allow a pool and pool deck to encroach into the 75 foot
impervious setback
Comments:
Stay out of the 50 foot buffer.
Step pool deck two feet down from basement slab, then step pool
down, ending in an approximately two foot retaining wall
Revise site plan prior to going before the BZA. Show exact
elevations.
c) V15-024, 15380 Little Stone Way, Ivlian and Roxandra Cioanta
Requests(s):
To allow an existing house to encroach into the side yard
setback
Comment(s):
True example of a hardship that needs to be addressed.

Request(s):
To add a 6,000 square foot classroom building
Comments:
Move structure to be even with the existing building.
Put parking behind the building.
Make sure you have the current road improvement layout.
Show correct right of way dedication.
We want something to look nice from the streetscape;
everything should blend in.
The structure presented is not the Milton look.
It’s a rural area, and people want to see that.
Meet with the City architect; work with him on building
placement, architectural character.
Needs to meet Highway 9 overlay requirements.
