Show exact elevations. c) V15-024, 15380 Little Stone Way, Ivlian and Roxandra Cioanta Requests(s):  To allow an existing house to encroach into the side yard setback Comment(s):  True example of a hardship that needs to be addressed. Consideration of Rezonings/Use permits: d) RZ15-14/U15/-04/VC15-03, Red Apple Montessori School, 3505 & 3503 Bethany Bend, Biju Eappen Request(s):  To add a 6,000 square foot classroom building Comments:  Move structure to be even with the existing building.  Put parking behind the building.  Make sure you have the current road improvement layout. Show correct right of way dedication.  We want something to look nice from the streetscape; everything should blend in.  The structure presented is not the Milton look.  It’s a rural area, and people want to see that.  Meet with the City architect; work with him on building placement, architectural character.  Needs to meet Highway 9 overlay requirements. 8) New business--none 9) Old business--none 10) Adjournment
