Flamingo Lane/Canary Lane, Hidden Forest, Jason Hipps  Revised Buildings-- Units 50-57, 46-49, 83-91  Motion to approve Flamingo Lane/Canary Lane revised buildings with conditions: Laura Wysong o Meet with City architect and City arborist to develop a landscape plan to screen view of decks from road; add landscaping at unit 83 to screen decks. o Add stain to decks on units 83-85 with a chocolate stain  2nd: Ed Parsons  Vote: 4-0, Motion approved. c. 13943 Highway 9, The Phoenix at Milton, Ray Taylor  Sales trailer  Motion to approve with conditions: Tim Bryan o To stay no longer than June 30, 2016  2nd: Marty Littleton  Vote: 4-0, Motion approved. 7) Courtesy reviews a. V15-026, 440 Galloway Court, White Columns, Bobbie Ferqueron, Requests(s):  To allow an accessory structure in the minimum building setback of the (second) front yard (Section 64-416, b) Comments:  The DRB recommends denial.  If the BZA approves the variance, the DRB suggests the conditions of adding a 3 or 4 board horse type fence, and/or add screening. b. V15-028, 15300 White Columns Drive, White Columns, Brent Warren Requests(s):  To allow a swimming pool and deck to encroach into the 50 foot stream buffer  To allow a swimming pool and deck to encroach into the 75 foot impervious setback (Section 20-426, i, ii) Comments:  Eliminate paved area in the 50 foot buffer area; pervious pavers can be used. c. V15-029, 735 Ebenezer Road, Jane Meredith Requests(s):  To allow a structure housing livestock to be less than 100 feet from the east property line (Section 64,415,4,a) Comments:  Meet with the neighbors; come up with a mutually agreeable plan.  Come up with a plan for manure management.  Meet with the City Architect to review the design for the barn. d. U15-05/VC15-05, 13650 Bethany Road , William Woodson Galloway Requests(s):  A Use Permit for a Retreat (Sec. 64-1821) in AG-1 (Agricultural) on 26.65 acres using the existing structures. A concurrent variance to allow the existing vegetation within the 100 foot undisturbed buffer and 10 foot improvement setback and not to plant additional vegetation (Sec. 64-1821(b)(3)).
