City Hall, Crabapple, Brian Parker  Site  Building Comments:  Really looks good.  In order to increase energy efficiency, use Cupronickel (copper- nickel) coated coils.  Does the design have a good way to make sure that it is leading us into the entry way? 8) Courtesy reviews a. Crabapple Townhomes, Arnold Mill and Green Road, Cowart Residential , Georgia Ericson  Site layout, and courtyard wall Comments:  The idea of the wall is really good, but how would it be built? Provide more information on how it would be built. The clearer you can define the better for us.  140 is slated to be expanded. Is the expansion plans taken into consideration?  Meet with City Architect to make sure that everything is lined up— that the floor plans match the elevations.  On the first floor, without the buildings being elevated, this would be a concern due to the traffic.  Put center unit door in the middle.  Having the door on the side gives the building a New England salt box look.  Is there any way to push all the buildings back from the road?  Not opposed to the brick fence. This is a different area within our community.  Maybe it’s a good idea to have real brick piers.  Let’s not kid ourselves, the brick wall will not provide a lot of safety from a car.  Not a pedestrian friendly street.  Not a good idea to have the buildings jammed up against the road.  Work with the City Architect as much as possible to come up with a viable product. b. V15-030, 15140 Highgrove Road, Wood Valley, Lisa Carlisle Requests(s):  To reduce the side yard setback to 14 feet to allow for a garage addition (Section 64-416, c) Comments: Get approval of neighbors that are directly affected.
