Motion approved. 5) Demolition reviews-none 6) Final reviews a) Deerfield Green townhomes, Units 506-510; Greencrest Lane, Chris Recker Motion to approve agenda: Laura Wysong 2nd: Richie Johnson Vote: 5-0, Motion approved. b) Deerfield Green townhomes, Units 478-484, Chris Recker Motion to approve agenda: Perry Mason 2nd: Richie Johnson Vote:5-0, Motion approved. c) Heritage @ Crabapple Cabana, 141 Nakomis Place, Joe Ingram Motion to approve agenda: Richie Johnson 2nd: Perry Mason Vote: 5-0, Motion approved. 7) Courtesy reviews a) V14-014, 13460 Providence Road, Viktor Kroon Requests(s): To allow an accessory structure (a garage) to encroach into the side yard setback (Section 64-416,i) Comments: No harm to the neighbors. The Board recommends approval. b) V14-016, Highway 9, Brickmont assisted living facility, David Vickers Requests(s): To allow a fence to be located closer than three feet from the right of way (Section 64,4.7,1,b) Comments: The Board recommends approval. c) V14-017, 3273 Baily Forrest Drive, Sherwin Loudermilk Requests(s): To allow a lot to exceed the 20% maximum impervious coverage (Section 64-1141, 6C) Comments: The Board recommends approval. 8) Other business Comments: Suggestions for criteria for demo reviews—  For structures of historic or landmark interest  Approve, deny, approve with conditions  Have to clean, stabilize site  Present LDP or building permit at time of demo review or within 6 months of review Other--  Council should provide incentives to keep the building  Penalties down the same lines as building permit 9) Adjournment
