Replace some of the stucco with brick
Break up some of the front windows so that they look less contemporary
Front to look more like Woodland, TX building
At door, add two vertical brick elements, arches
Design revisions to be approved by Staff
Incorporate earth tone colors, with less dramatic transition between colors
Add stacked stone water table
Building materials and colors should reflect surrounding existing buildings

U13-03, 13440 Cogburn Road, St. Francis Day School, Inc. – Drew Buccellato
Request: A Use Permit to increase the area of the school and the total square
footage from 92,616 square feet to 109,116 square feet that includes a practice
gym and two maintenance buildings.
Comments:
Board considers school to be a good neighbor. Proposed additions would
not produce a significant change.
U13-04/VC13-04, 13895 Hopewell Road, Jeff Runner – Representative – Scott Reece
Request: A Use Permit to use the existing house and approximately five acres
for a special event facility (Sec 64-1812). A three part concurrent variance for the
following: 1) To delete the 8 foot high opaque fence along the south property line.
(Sec 64-1812 (b.)(2)); 2) To delete the 75 foot undisturbed buffer and 10 foot
improvement setback along all property lines (Sec 64-1141 (3)(b)); 3) To delete
the three year period requirement (Sec 64-1812 (b) (6)).
Comments:
Concerned that the approval of this use will open the door for other uses
that may inconvenience the neighbors.
