Would be concerned if Council extended zoning behind shop. Would create unwanted precedent for additional properties to be rezoned from residential to commercial. Buffers should be preserved, heavily planted. Supports parking in the rear. Work with Arborist to come up with possible alternate planting plan. Any changes to architectural should be residential in appearance similar to corner office. 10) Other business Election of 2011 officers Deferred until next meeting. 11) Adjournment
